Have you wondered if an online Reiki class can truly deliver the same depth of connection and learning as an in-person one? Great news—it absolutely can! Since 2015, we’ve been teaching Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki online with amazing results, offering the same powerful Placements and content as our in-person classes—all from the comfort of your own home.

We meet live on Zoom, where we can see and interact with each other in real-time. Class time is the same as in-person, but with more frequent, shorter breaks so you can stay fresh and focused. I teach with a PowerPoint presentation, share my screen so you can follow along easily, and send you the class manual ahead of time—either as a physical copy or digitally.

You’ll experience all the traditional Reiki practices, including guided meditations and partner sessions. With Zoom’s breakout rooms, you’ll pair up to practice, just like in class. In Reiki II, you even get extended time to send distant Reiki—an incredible opportunity that naturally fits our online format!

We also move, stretch, and have guided meditations throughout the day, so you’re not sitting and staring at the screen the whole time.

So—Should You Take Reiki Online or In Person?

Online is a great choice if you:
• Prefer to avoid travel and lodging expenses
• Want to stay close to pets or loved ones
• Process best in your own space as an introvert or empath
• Have physical challenges with steps or massage tables
• Plan to give Reiki mostly at a distance after class

In-person may be a better fit if you:
• Feel strongly about hands-on practice with a physical partner
• Love being in a beautiful retreat setting and enjoy spa-like surroundings
• Are a social butterfly who thrives on in-person connections
• Prefer minimal screen time
• Don’t have access to Zoom or reliable internet
